01Is there a free trial?
No, because you don't need one. The free plan never expires: every course stays open to you, with 5 AI voice conversations and 30 AI chat replies a day. Upgrade only when you want more.
02Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and every course stays free to join after that.
03How do I pay?
By card. Payments are processed by Stripe, and plans are billed monthly in US dollars.
04Do you offer yearly plans?
No. Every paid plan is billed month by month, so you are never locked in for more than a month.
05Can my school or organization use Lingium?
Yes. There is no self-serve sign-up yet: we set up your organization with you, so you can invite learners, assign courses and follow their progress. Talk to us about your school.
