Delete your Lingium account
You can delete your account yourself in the Lingium app, under Profile and then Delete account. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone.
If you cannot reach the app, ask us here and we will do it for you.
Qué se elimina
- Your profile, login and any photo you uploaded.
- Your learning: courses you joined, lessons, answers, practice words, levels and skills.
- Your gamification data: points, streaks, badges, coins, quests and leaderboard places.
- Your social data: friends, gifts, activity, questions and replies.
- Voice recordings and AI conversations kept with your account.
- Notification settings and the devices you receive notifications on.
Qué se conserva
- Invoices and payment records, without your account attached, for as long as accounting law requires.
Suscripciones
A subscription bought on the website is cancelled when the account is deleted. A subscription bought through Google Play must be cancelled in Google Play, otherwise it keeps renewing.
